          Scheduled - As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToMyPC will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

          July 28, 2025, 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM UTC

          Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

          Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 3-hour maintenance window.

          Expected downtime: 5 minutes

          What to expect: Users will be unable to start GoToMyPC sessions at some point during the 3-hour window for a 5 minute period. GoToMyPC sessions that are already in progress will not be impacted.
